Tournament Outcome: 1st Place (Silver Bracket). 7 Teams Total. 1-2 Record. 28 Runs Allowed. 27 Runs Scored. After an 0-2 pool play Saturday, the Heaters were given the #1 seed in the Silver Bracket after allowing the fewest runs of the three 0-2 teams. The Heaters took advantage by winning the Silver Bracket Championship.

The Indian Early Bird Classic: Kingsport, TN; Domtar Park; March 23

Tournament Outcome: 1st Place. 3 Teams Total. 3-0 Record. 41 Runs Allowed. 61 Runs Scored. The Heaters rallied in game 1, scoring 7 in the final inning to win, then took advantage of outstanding hitting and defense to win their second consecutive championship.

Tournament Outcome: 1st place. 4 Teams Total. 4-0 Record. 22 Runs Allowed. 55 Runs Scored. The Heaters won the championship game on a walk-off single in the final inning against the Storm to claim their 3rd consecutive championship!

Tournament Outcome: 2nd Place. 4 Teams Total. Runs Allowed 32. Runs Scored 60. The Heaters fell short of a 6th inning comeback in the Championship game but placed 2nd and brought home their 4th trophy of the season.

Northeast Tennessee Challenge: Bristol, VA; White Top Creek Park; April 27
Game 1: Heaters Baseball Club 17 - Bristol Bearcats (Bristol, VA) 3; (WIN 13-5)
Game 2: East Tennessee Cardinals (Johnson City, TN) 21 - Heaters Baseball Club 7; (Loss 13-6)

Tournament Outcome: 1st Place (Silver Bracket). 8 Teams Total. Runs Allowed 24. Runs Scored 24. The Heaters were placed in the Silver Bracket following pool play. The tournament was rained out on Sunday and by virtue of being the 1 seed, brought home 1st place Championship Rings!

Kingsport Summer Bash: Kingsport, TN; Domtar Park; May 11-12
Game 1: Heaters Baseball Club 10 - Volunteer Falcons (Church Hill, TN) 6; WIN (14-6)
Game 2: East TN Select (Kingsport, TN) 12 - Heaters Baseball Club 0; LOSS (14-7)
Game 3: Heaters Baseball Club 20 - Honaker Dynasty (Honaker, VA) 2; WIN (15-7)
Game 4: Johnson City Thunder (Johnson City, TN) 11 - Heaters Baseball Club 2; LOSS (15-8)

Tournament Outcome: 3rd Place. 6 Teams Total. Runs Allowed 31. Runs Scored 32. The Heaters completed pool play as the #3 seed and finished 3rd overall in the tournament.

Worth Hardball Classic; Kingsport, TN; Domtar Park; May 18-19
Game 1: Heaters Baseball Club 8 - Colonial Heights Rebels (Colonial Heights, TN) 6; WIN (16-8)
Game 2: Heaters Baseball Club 13 - Rebels (Colonial Heights, TN) 6; WIN (17-8)
Game 3: Rebels (Colonial Heights, TN) 14 - Heaters Baseball Club 6; LOSS (17-9)

Tournament Outcome: 3rd Place. 7 Teams Total. Runs Allowed 26. Runs Scored 27. Despite being the #1 overall seed and having beaten the Rebels twice this season, the Rebels upset the Heaters as the #4 seed to prevent the Heaters from making it to the Championship game.

Mountain Top Classic; Wise, VA; Veldon Dotson Park; May 25-26
Game 1: Heaters Baseball Club 18 - Abindgon (Abingdon, VA) 3; WIN (18-9)
Game 2: Heaters Baseball Club 16 - Southwest Bullets (Lebanon, VA) 2; WIN (19-9)
Game 3: Heaters Baseball Club 13 - Lebanon Hawks (Lebanon, VA) 4; WIN (20-9)
Game 4: Heaters Baseball Club 21 - Volunteer Falcons (Church Hill, TN) 6; WIN (21-9)

Tournament Outcome: 1st Place. 7 Teams Total. Runs Allowed 15. Runs Scored 68. This was the first tournament ever held at Wise's Veldon Dotson Park and the Heaters claimed the title in their own tournament in domination fashion. They were the #2 seed after pool play and were able to upset the #1 seed in the Championship game.

Tournament Outcome: 5th Place. 5 Teams Total. Runs Allowed 55. Runs Scored 22. The Heaters were forced to play 4 games in a single day due to the tournament schedule. The Heaters faced some tough competition and then fatigue set in after a long day.

Global Classic; Knoxville, TN; Lakeshore Park; June 15-16
Game 1: Heaters Baseball Club 14 - Knoxville Thunder (Knoxville, TN) 11; WIN (22-13)
Game 2: Dayton Stars (Dayton, TN) 14 - Heaters Baseball Club 8; LOSS (22-14)
Game 3: Diamond Orange Simcox Academy (Knoxville, TN) 12 - Heaters Baseball Club 7; LOSS (22-15)

Tournament Outcome: 3rd Place in Silver Bracket. 10 Teams Total. Runs Allowed 37. Runs Scored 29. Game 2 is still under debate as to how things were played. In the Silver Bracket semi-finals against Diamond Orange, the Heaters turned 3 double plays including a 6-4-3 double play. The Heaters played extremely hard in this tournament and competed in all 3 games in a tournament with some of the big boys in 8U baseball in the TN area.
